The incident took place when Shraddha was rehearsing for a song of
the movie. The situation was that the background dancers had to prop her up and
she had to perform some steps but all went wrong when she slipped and badly
fell down.
Varun was also rehearsing there; when he heard Shraddha crying in
pain he immediately rushed to her aid.
Luckily Shraddha got some minor injuries and after some rest she
continued her rehearsals.
